Carbal Kahn is a powerful Zoalord. He has has
not revealed his Zoaform yet.
He is certainly powerful telepathic wise because
he melted Aptoms lower body by putting his hand on Aptom's shoulder and probably charging energy through it.
I have not seen him stand on the ground once either.
He is always flying.
